Vice President, Operations &            Business Development

Robert J. Moran Jr. is an executive leader with over 30 years of experience delivering and scaling complex supply chain, logistics, and industrial operations in high-growth, high-demand environments.

He has led operations and large-scale program execution across some of the most demanding organizations in the world, including 12 years with Amazon and 8 years with General Motors. His experience spans the full lifecycle of logistics and distribution environments—from new facility startup to stabilization and performance optimization.

Rob has overseen multi-site operations and launched large-scale facilities, including highly automated distribution centers exceeding 1.2 million square feet. He is known for stepping into complex, high-pressure environments and driving execution across construction, automation, and operations.

His background includes engineering, project management, and manufacturing leadership, with a focus on aligning cross-functional teams to deliver multi-million dollar programs on time and on budget. He has served in active site leadership roles within large-scale distribution operations, bringing both strategic oversight and hands-on execution experience.

Rob’s leadership approach centers on accountability, operational discipline, and performance—ensuring systems, teams, and processes deliver measurable results in environments where failure is not an option.
